Welcome back to The Monday Motivation Linky!

Through this linky, we aim to gather some positive, uplifting and motivational posts from around the interwebs to give you a little boost to the start of your week.

This week I’ve been thinking about how often we to try to run before we can walk! When we’re desperate to see progress, or we see it beginning and want more (now!!), it’s easy to lose ourselves in the excitement, only to get frustrated if it doesn’t then all come at once.

What we seem to forget is that even teeny, tiny baby steps are progress, no matter how slow!



So, this is just a reminder to take your time, and make steady progress – you’re more likely to reach your goal than rushing it all at once!

Oooh yes. I did a presentation once all about how the little things add up to big things and so they definitely matter! #TheMMLinky


I am going to print this image out and stick it to my fridge. I am the world’s worst for aiming for the big overall goal and not breaking it down into steps when it comes to healthy eating. If I go off track, I forget I can rectify that within the week and give up! So this is a good reminder. Thanks for sharing #TheMMLinky
