Loss: 2.5 lbs

Total to date: 23.5lbs

Woohoooo! A much better week! 2.5lbs off and I feel brilliant!

Now, in the interests of transparency, I will declare that I weighed in early, as I wasn’t going to be able to make the evening meetings. So maybe I wouldn’t have lost quite as much if I’d weighed in at 7.30pm as normal – maybe only half a pound or so?

But I have tried much harder this week, so I’m totally taking it!

I’ve made sure to have a decent lunch most days, which has filled me up and kept me going past the 3 pm munchies until tea time. I’d been relying on Mug Shots as they’re quick and easy, but on their own, not exactly filling. This week I’ve had lots of salad, with jacket potatoes or Ryvita and cottage cheese and I’ve really enjoyed it.



So, next week, I’m looking for a loss of 1.5lbs to take me to my one-and-a-half stones off with Slimming World. I can do this!! Oh, hang on – it’s Big’s birthday this week, and there will be cake…
